Ellen DeGeneres takes a major step in cutting ties with the US

Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia are just two of the many celebs who made a decision to leave the States following Trump’s win of the 2024 presidential elections.

Unsatisfied with his politics and the position he has put the country in, Ellen and Portia made a decision to settle in the south of England. They bought an $18 million property in the Cotswolds region.

After selling their six-bathroom California property for $29.9 million in January, they took jet another step to cut further ties with America. Namely, the couple have also listed their two-bedroom bungalow, which is also located in Montesito, California, according to People.
