Trump Squashes Rumors About Barron Struggling At College

President Donald Trump put an end to the more baseless rumors that his son, Barron Trump, was having trouble in college.

Rumors have surfaced that the 19-year-old junior at New York University is having a hard time at school, especially since his father returned to the White House, the Daily Mail reported.

Several news stories said that his peers called him mean names, and another said that he closed down an entire floor of Trump Tower for a love date.

Some people think he disappeared from Manhattan for a few weeks and went to the NYU campus in Washington, D.C., while he lived at the White House.

But while playing golf with Trump’s granddaughter Kai, not long ago, Trump said that his son is “doing good.”

The commander-in-chief and his oldest granddaughter played golf together in a vlog that Kai shared to his YouTube channel on Saturday. The video gave the world a look into how they interact with each other.

While Trump drove a golf cart, Kai asked him, “How’s Barron doing at NYU?”

“Good, he’s doing good,” Trump replied.

“He’s a good boy. He loves you,” he told Kai, who is Barron’s niece.

“He said, ‘Say hello to Kai’s dad,’” Trump added as Kai smiled big.

“I said, ‘Why don’t you come out and watch [them play golf]?’ He said, ‘He’s so cute,’” Trump gushed.

“Did they start school again?” Kai questioned.

“Yeah, he starts on Tuesday,” Trump responded.

Sources told Page Six that Barron supposedly closed down an entire floor of Trump Tower for a date just a few weeks ago.

The story said that the youngest son of the president had to have his date stay at home because of the strict safety measures in place.

It was also thought that Barron and his date would be safe when the whole floor of the building was shut down, the person said.

Even though Barron was “awkward,” a classmate said he had no trouble getting girls interested in him since he started at the school.

Liberals continue to spread rumors about Barron Trump.

A furious First Lady Melania Trump is pushing back against a “completely false” rumor claiming her son, Barron, was rejected from Harvard University.

The viral speculation about the 19-year-old resurfaced Tuesday following President Donald Trump’s latest move against the Ivy League school—cutting off the federal government’s remaining contracts with Harvard, reportedly worth around $100 million.

In a statement, the first lady’s office firmly denied that Barron ever applied to Harvard, let alone was rejected, DailyMail.com reported.

“Barron did not apply to Harvard, and any assertion that he, or that anyone on his behalf, applied is completely false,” said the first lady’s communications director, Nicholas Clemens, in a statement.

The Ivy League school has a very high rejection rate of approximately 96 percent, DailyMail.com noted, adding that it is unclear where the rumor originated.

When President Trump launched his initial broadside against Harvard in April, cutting off a massive round of federal funding in response to the university’s continued defiance of a Supreme Court ruling against race-based admissions and his executive order banning DEI programs, speculation exploded online.

Rumors swirled that Trump’s actions were personally motivated by claims that his son, Barron, had been denied admission, though no evidence ever supported the claim.

Even a Democratic senator, Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island, speculated on X: “Can’t help but wonder how many Trumps got rejected by Harvard.”

But there’s never been any evidence that Barron ever applied to Harvard.

Barron Trump broke from the family tradition by choosing to attend NYU’s Stern School of Business, diverging from the educational paths of his siblings and father.

President Trump and several of his children graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, while others attended Georgetown University.
