Bill Clinton Spotted With Defibrillator Amid Ongoing Health Concerns
Former President Bill Clinton, 79, was photographed in the Hamptons this week carrying what appeared to be a portable defibrillator, reigniting speculation about his declining health.
Images published by the Daily Mail showed Clinton alongside his wife Hillary as they boarded a private jet. Beside them was a Propaq MD Air Medical Bag, a device commonly used for real-time heart monitoring and emergency cardiac intervention.
The sighting comes just weeks after Clinton was filmed stumbling on a New York City sidewalk, grabbing a pole for support as his leg appeared to give way.
A History of Health Struggles
2004: Underwent quadruple bypass surgery after doctors found near-total arterial blockages.
2005: Required surgery for a collapsed lung.
2010: Experienced chest pains, leading to two arterial stents being placed.
2021: Hospitalized for a urological infection that progressed to sepsis.
2023: Spent Christmas Eve in the hospital with a fever before being discharged.
Clinton has long credited a mostly vegan diet with keeping him alive after his cardiac scares. Still, the recent defibrillator sighting underscores concerns that the former president continues to face serious risks of cardiac arrest.
